Senior Workday Systems Analyst

As a Senior Workday Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the Workday reporting and analytics strategy, collaborating with experts to design, build, and maintain custom reports while ensuring data integrity and security.

Responsibilities
Proactively partner with clients and business owners to identify opportunities for business process improvement through better leverage or enhancement of existing Workday functionality
Analyze, design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
Develop and maintain custom reports, document report functionality and design
Lead the effort around Workday reporting
Develop and implement system enhancements based on advice from business owners and educated recommendations
Translate user requirements into system configurations, business processes and reporting
Partner with business owners to roll out new functionality and modules to promote business transformation
Test changes as well as regression test Workday against releases that are deployed to production
Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards
Oversee the configuration, efficiency, and effectiveness of Workday and Contribute to the continuous improvement of Workday
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Ability to create a consolidated report by combining data from multiple data sources
Experience with HR technologies, systems, and reporting
Hands-on expertise in at least one additional Workday module. (such as HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.)
Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security, and integration frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, a strong attention to detail, and must be highly organized
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task to develop and produce accurate, professional, and error-free results on a timely basis
Preferred
Experience configuring business processes, calculated fields, reporting, reviewing and documenting business processes is desirable
Knowledge of and experience applying employment-related laws and regulations to systems is desired
Experience working in a virtual or matrix reporting structure as well as is desirable
