PEOPLE PARTNER (PART-TIME, FLEXIBLE) – MAINLY REMOTE (SOUTH/SOUTH WEST PREFERRED)
Buckland Care is looking for a friendly, experienced People Partner to join their team and provide practical, proactive HR support to their care homes and leadership teams. This standalone HR role requires someone who enjoys building relationships and making a difference to workplace culture while managing their own workload flexibly.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters across the business
Advise managers on employee relations, performance, absence, and wellbeing
Liaise with our insurer’s employment law team for expert guidance
Support managers in fostering positive, engaged teams
Ensure policies are fair, consistent, and up to date
Use insights to improve staff experience, retention, and culture
Qualification
Required
8+ years' HR experience (People Partner/HRBP level)
CIPD Level 5+ (Level 7 desirable)
Strong understanding of UK employment law
Approachable, proactive, and people-focused
Preferred
Experience in care or healthcare
