Responsibilities

Provide front-line support for day-to-day end-user IT requests (passwords, printers, MS Office, network issues, hardware, and frontline troubleshooting (remote and onsite)
Help manage daily IT hardware inventory, asset tagging, tracking, and device hand-offs
Support procurement, setup, and deployment of devices at warehouse and office locations
Assist in maintaining technical documentation and our internal knowledge base
Participate in technology projects, refreshes, and technology rollouts
Escalate advanced technical issues to senior IT staff as needed
New warehouse set-ups or close downs

Required

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. (Equivalent experience also considered.)
Experience: 3+ years of Tier 1 helpdesk or IT operations; 5+ years preferred
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused communicator (both written and oral)
Expert in Microsoft Office, Windows OS and Network Equipment. Basic knowledge of business/warehouse hardware
Hands-on and able to travel between company locations as needed
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Preferred

Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) or basic programming
Previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, or similar environments
