Responsibilities

As a systems engineer for D5LE2, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for modernizing the Strategic Weapon Control system in support of the next generation Trident missile
Subsystem requirements development and analysis
Fire Control experience
Concept maturation
Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others

Required

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire and will be required
U.S. citizenship is required
