Responsibilities
Independently handle a wide range of corporate matters
Support and grow our corporate practice
Take on outside general counsel work
Advise clients on day-to-day corporate needs
Handle M&A transactions and general business matters
Manage matters from initial consultation through closing
Drafting and negotiating agreements
Advising on governance issues
Coordinating with other practice groups as needed
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of corporate experience, including OGC-style advisory work and M&A
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle matters independently
