Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts, including sales, vendor and procurement, marketing, supply, logistics, consulting services, etc
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial contracting experience
Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of complex commercial contracts
Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
Outstanding references
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
Preferred
Prior experience at a large corporate law firm and/or a large corporate legal department
