Latitude Legal is seeking an Interim General Counsel with significant employment law experience to assist a professional services firm. The role involves advising leadership, managing engagement contracting, and overseeing outside counsel while working closely with consultants.

Qualification

Required

10+ years of employment law experience required
Licensed to practice in any U.S. state
J.D. from an accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills

Preferred

Significant litigation experience preferred
Experience with professional services firms (or in GC function of law firm) preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global enterprise, working closely with leadership and consulting teams
Prior experience working in-house at an industrial or recycling company
