They are seeking an In-House Litigation Counsel with experience in labor and employment litigation to assist with employment litigation needs at a technology-based company.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing strategy and defense of labor & employment litigation matters in state and federal courts and administrative forums
Manage outside counsel related to existing litigation
Manage incident tracking and reporting
Advise in-house team on labor & employment litigation matters

Qualification

Litigation experienceLabor & employment casesIn-house legal experienceCalifornia labor lawsJ.D. from accredited law schoolFast-paced environment

Required

At least six years of litigation experience, preferably with both a law firm litigation practice group as well as in-house within a corporate legal department
Experience litigating labor & employment cases
J.D. from accredited, preferably top-tier, law school
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Preferred

Handling labor & employment matters in California is preferred
