Preparing corporate resolutions
Working on corporate transactions and related duties
Qualification
Required
5+ years of corporate law and M&A transactional experience, preferably with an Am Law 200 or boutique law firm and/or in-house legal department
Securities law experience is a plus
Insurance industry experience is also a plus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with business teams
Stellar analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
JD from a top ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in any state
Outstanding professional references
