Overseeing a substantial docket of shareholder litigation matters
Providing legal guidance and advice on shareholder litigation matters, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Partnering with internal business and operations leaders
Managing outside counsel

Qualification

Litigation experienceManaging legal teamTexas law licenseABA-accredited law schoolProfessional judgmentLeadership skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

A minimum of 8 or more years of relevant litigation experience in law firm and/or in-house roles
A minimum of 4 or more years of experience managing a legal team
Impeccable leadership, professional judgment, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law or eligible to practice in-house in Texas
Outstanding professional references
