Drafting, structuring, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts, including vendor and service agreements, third-party provider agreements, and marketing, sales, and advertising contracts
Handling contracts related to sweepstakes, promotions, and/or brand partnerships as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts
Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of Florida
Outstanding references
Preferred
Experience with sweepstakes, promotions, and/or brand partnerships
Prior experience working in-house or at a sophisticated law firm
