Participate in sophisticated work with an Am Law team on a part-time basis

Conducting and responding to discovery

Legal research and writing

Preparing legal pleadings, motions and statements

Taking basic depositions

Drafting responses and motions

Researching legal issues and writing briefs

Qualification

Required

5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, ability to work with little supervision

Capable and confident with discovery activities, including taking basic depositions and drafting responses and motions, as well as researching legal issues and writing briefs

Prior experience working at a full-service Am Law firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique

Excellent academic credentials

Licensed to practice law in California
