Senior Digital Media Manager

They are seeking a Senior Digital Media Manager responsible for driving strategic media planning excellence across brands and internal stakeholders, ensuring impactful media planning aligned with brand goals.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of high-impact media plans and RFP responses that help drive measurable brand outcomes for the business
Communicate the strategic direction to media agency partners, ensuring all recommendations align to brand goals, brand safety, and cross-channel media opportunities
Oversee the clarity of media planning deliverables to our internal stakeholders
Serve as a point of contact for our brands to our agency, proactively navigating challenges, providing solutions, and maintaining strong partnerships
Cross-functional aligning internal stakeholders across Insights & Foresights, Performance, and Digital Partnerships to keep planning efforts on track
Manage our brand partners and media agency to deliver consistent timelines
Work closely with our event activations team to execute 360-degree fully integrated activation plans
Partner with legal, regulatory, and finance for compliance standards and business goals
Support the delivering of creative assets with brands, creative agencies and our media agency for execution, adhering to all brand safety requirements
Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform media planning and optimize performance
Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of our brand’s media planning
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding in digital and integrated media planning and understand how to connect upper-funnel strategies to brand goals
Knowledge across all offline and online media channels and their part in the consumer journey
Confidence in owning media planning responses and strategic recommendations and can manage large projects/processes with limited oversight from manager
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment and work well across other Marketing teams
Strong internal partnership skills with clear communication and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills while managing shifting priorities, brand workload, and tight timelines
Experience in coaching internal strategists on how media planning plays a role with other D2C touchpoints and delegating work to the media agency with clear direction
Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
College Degree preferred and a 5+ years of experience with online advertising or digital media
Experience with a variety of media platforms (programmatic, direct partnerships, vendors)
Understanding of online ad campaign metrics and analysis, online advertising industry trends, technologies, and pricing models (CPM, CPC)
Very strong skills in working with Excel and PowerPoint
