Lead Growth Manager, Paid Social

As the Lead Growth Manager for Paid Social, you will lead the Paid Social discipline, driving performance and mentoring team members while ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Build and optimize full-funnel Paid Social strategies, prioritize high-impact tests, standardize frameworks, and ensure alignment with Paid Search, CRO, Analytics, and Creative
Shape creative strategy by partnering with Creative Strategists and Designers, using data to guide messaging and audience insights, and driving a continuous creative → testing → learning loop
Develop and mentor Paid Social Growth Managers by building systems for accountability, speed, and autonomy, and running coaching, feedback, and skill-development cycles
Maintain tight oversight of pacing and spend, uphold ±5% forecasting accuracy, and collaborate with the Head of Performance to refine dashboards, reporting, and performance models
Partner with Client Success, CRO, Analytics, and Creative to unify cross-channel strategy, improve attribution and conversion quality, and share Paid Social insights through playbooks and frameworks
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of Paid Social experience with expert-level mastery of Meta and LinkedIn
Strong track record scaling Paid Social programs at $500K+/month
Deep understanding of creative strategy, analytics, and attribution
Experience mentoring or leading media buyers/Growth Managers
Proven ability to think strategically and execute with urgency
Strong communication skills — you write clearly, present confidently, and manage expectations well
You double-check your work, catch mistakes before others do, and hold yourself to high executional standards
