Responsibilities
Providing support to customers at Solution Centers, through live chat, ticket systems, phone communication, and in-person interactions
Delivering expert-level support collaboratively, serving as escalation points when required while ensuring exceptional service quality
Offering assistance to colleagues to develop optimal solutions tailored to meet customer needs effectively
Collaborating with Senior IT Support Specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions addressing customers' technical and functional requirements effectively
Ensuring accurate and secure inventory management practices are followed
Providing actionable and in-the-moment feedback to teammates to improve our quality of service delivered
Demonstrating unwavering dedication to safeguarding the integrity of Solution Center brands
Qualification
Required
Have either a High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field or the equivalent experience
Have 1 + years of relevant professional experience in a Help Desk or Service Desk
Have 1 + years of software and hardware troubleshooting, upgrading and repairing; desktops, laptops, and associated hardware in a professional environment
Have a genuine passion for outstanding customer service the success of our customers
Demonstrate interpersonal savvy and a knack for problem solving
Possess the ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and resolving difficult technical challenges
Have the dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace both back and front of house
