Responsibilities
Lead accounting-focused discovery with Controllers and Accounting Managers
Understand end-to-end GL and sub-ledger workflows (not just surface processes)
Decide what can be automated cleanly vs. what should stay manual
Translate real close workflows into production-ready AI solutions
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering on early customer delivery
This role spans pre-sales discovery + early implementation. You’ll feel both sides—and help define the playbook
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of GL accounting experience (industry and/or public)
Deep ERP exposure (NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle)
Strong judgment in messy, real-world close environments
Comfortable being customer-facing and shaping solutions—not just executing tasks
