Responsibilities
Represent clients in a wide range of employment-related disputes, such as workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, non-competition violations and other employment-related legal matters
Litigate in both state and federal court
Qualification
Required
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Current admission to practice law in Florida
Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience including labor and employment, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a first-chair litigator
Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems and portals
Superior research skills, including the use of online services and databases
Project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
