Responsibilities
Prepare and process domestic and international shipments using ERP and carrier systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL)
Verify orders against pick lists and packing slips to ensure shipment accuracy
Assemble and package units according to company specifications and shipping guidelines
Prepare and affix shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation
Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries in a timely manner
Conduct cycle counts of finished goods and shipping materials to maintain inventory accuracy
Handle return shipments to vendors, ensuring documentation and tracking compliance
Enter shipping and receiving data accurately into the ERP system (Syteline preferred)
Maintain proper records for all outbound and inbound materials
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift (up to 80% of time standing/bending, 40% lifting)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role within a manufacturing setting preferred
Proficient in basic math and ability to maintain detailed, accurate records
Familiarity with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, etc.)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, but not required
