Customer Service Advocate, II- Outbound

Responsibilities

Reach out to members and providers for educational or informational purposes to support solutions or concerns
Escalate calls if providers cannot deliver solutions
Serve as front-line support for member and provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
Assist with product awareness campaigns, policy changes, directory audits, provider satisfaction surveys, and basic claims outreach
Maintain performance and quality standards based on contact center metrics
Expand knowledge on primary market or plan and potentially cover additional markets or plans requiring minor research
Document demographics, call summaries, and communications for quality and performance tracking using CRM applications
Stay current with quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards

Qualification

Contact center experienceCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsTeam collaboration

Required

High School diploma or GED required
1 to 2 years of related experience required
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience

Preferred

Experience in a contact center environment
