Responsibilities

Partner with your customers through planning and execution for programs that matter to their organization and tie that back to our business strategy
Work with business leaders to drive the end-to-end People and talent agenda in support of growing and scaling the business and will be a champion of SentineOne’s culture and values
Enhance business performance through the creation of thoughtful People Strategies
Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the People team: Talent Acquisition, People Technology, Total Rewards, regional People business partners, etc
Ensure we have top talent in the most critical roles; coach employees to grow and expand their personal impact
Collaborate with L&D to design and implement appropriate training programs that support the needs of the business
Actively identify team and organizational needs, evaluate options, drive/develop solutions; and provide tactical support to teams when needed
Coach leaders on employee relations and discipline matters, promotion, transfer and terminations discussion
Collaborate with the leadership and managers on organizational change initiatives, people/performance decisions, actions, talent management development, employee engagement, communication, and program rollouts
Lead coaching and feedback efforts and make recommendations based on a combination of past experiences and in-depth knowledge
Assess organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies
Leverage tools and systems e.g.; Workforce Dashboard, Workday to perform analytics in support of business strategy to drive key insights/decisions around growth and retention to help support the leadership teams
Be a thought leader or subject matter expert on one or more People and Organizational topics including Talent Development, Performance Management, M&A, and Engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree; 4+ years of experience, at least 3 years in a HRBP Role is a must
Proven experience partnering closely with senior leaders within an organization through coaching and consulting strategies
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with global and distributed teams
Cultural ambassador - : demonstrate resiliency and accountability , ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with U.S. labor laws, HR compliance, and employment practices
Strong ability to manage and execute global HR projects, leveraging data and reports to identify key insights and trends
Capable of translating complex information into clear, visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences across the organization
Business acumen, excellent communication skills, planning/project management skills are also essential
Demonstrated ability to scale processes and organizations in a technology environment highly desired
Ability to embed in a business unit and understand how that part of the business is successful and how it interacts with the other business units
Successfully able to work in a fast paced and high growth environment
