Technimark LLC is looking for a highly skilled Global Process Engineer to support their global manufacturing operations. This role involves providing technical expertise in mold design, process verification, and process optimization, along with domestic and international travel to manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

Support the design and qualification of new molds, ensuring production readiness and optimal performance

Travel to tool builders and manufacturing facilities to qualify, debug, and sign off on new molds

Establish and optimize process parameters for new global programs using scientific molding principles

Collaborate with the Global Operations Team to ensure successful mold qualifications, D.O.E. (Design of Experiments), and MAP documentation

Lead process improvements and troubleshooting in manufacturing processes to ensure continuous efficiency

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution

Provide training and guidance to Manufacturing Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs and effective process implementation

Lead RJG training to develop and strengthen the technical capabilities of our global workforce

Required

Degree in Plastics Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in injection molding, with a deep understanding of molding principles, tool design, and manufacturing operations

Expertise in scientific molding principles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams and locations

Solid technical background with experience in process optimization, feasibility studies, and technical troubleshooting

Preferred

Master Molder I or II certification
