Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes across corporate functions and individual lines of business
Provide strategic financial analysis and scenario modeling to support decision making including resource allocation, greenlights, slate planning, and investment decisions
Build and maintain consolidated financial models and dashboards to track company performance and KPIs as well as individual project-level financials
Partner with Production Finance, Accounting, and Department Heads to ensure budget discipline and accurate financial tracking at the project and corporate levels
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages for senior management and support preparation of Board-level materials and deliverables for key external stakeholders
Provide consistent variance analyses with clear, insightful commentary and data-driven recommendations for departmental and executive leadership
Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, new business lines, and international expansion with financial analysis and due diligence
Implement process improvements and tools to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the FP&A function
Qualification
Required
Deep FP&A experience in the media and entertainment industry, especially within production environments
