Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing detailed explanations of their insurance policies
Policy Servicing: Manage and update customer profiles and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency standards
Claims Assistance: Support clients in the claims process, guiding them through necessary steps, and ensuring timely resolutions
Product Education: Provide clients with comprehensive information about insurance products and services to support their decision-making
Customer Retention: Engage clients proactively to enhance their satisfaction and encourage long-lasting relationships with the agency
Feedback Management: Actively collect and report client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experiences
Qualification
Required
Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required
Background in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
Strong capability to relate to clients' needs and concerns
Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and independently
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions
Willingness to work closely with a team to ensure client satisfaction
Familiar with using CRM software and other office applications
Ability to accurately handle and process sensitive information
