Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and evaluates policies and procedures that provide for the efficient execution of the Departments statutory requirements

Ensures regulations are administered in accordance with State and Federal rules and laws

Conducts assessments of Department processes and individual Federal Cooperative Agreement Appendices to ensure organizational mission accomplishment and program compliance

Serves as the Departmental liaison to the Federal Government for the Federal-State Master Cooperative Agreement, Military Construction Cooperative Agreements, and the various individual Cooperative Agreement Programs (Appendices)

Integrates Federal law, State laws, rules, and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience OR equivalent combination of 12 years of education and experience after completion of high school

Education and experience must be in business administration, accounting, finance, public administration, political science, human resources, or a related field

Valid drivers license or access to transportation

Must be able to satisfactorily undergo a State Police records check

Must pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) used in the performance of assigned work duties and be eligible for renewals as a condition of employment
