Cybersecurity Project Manager - Temporarily on Hold
GeoLogics Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager for Raytheon Technologies to join their Cybersecurity Strategy and Transformation team. The role involves managing critical cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals, and delivering strategic value from ideation through value realization.
Responsibilities
Proactively manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk to ensure precise and impactful project delivery
Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
Cross-mapping - test once and comply with many
Data collection and managing integration
Identify roadblocks early, remove impediments, and escalate critical issues before they impact project success
Knowledge of Change Management
Ensure accurate project data maintained in Planview and other project management tools for seamless project tracking and execution
Develop metrics to enable success and ensure progress is communicated regularly to key stakeholders and leadership
Work across enterprise cross-functional teams – build relationships and ensure alignment from start to finish
Craft compelling, executive-level communications that tell the story of project progress, challenges and wins
Drive powerful engagement, from daily standups to executive-level presentations, to rally and align stakeholders
Prepare for and conduct project reviews (i.e. REPM Gated Process)
Provide and analyze project team resource allocation and budget forecasts
Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems
Understand Compliance frameworks including NIST 800-171, SOX, Sarbanes Oxley and/or CMMC (some or all)
Qualification
Required
Must be a United States Citizen

Prefer 7+ years project and/ or program experience
Prefer industry standard Project Management Certifications (i.e. PMP)
Experience working with PM Tools: Planview, MS Project, Jira
