Content & Brand Manager
LIT Method is seeking a Content & Brand Manager to leverage founder expertise into authority and sales. This role focuses on creating high-performance content to support high-ticket sales while building the founder's brand in the recovery, wellness, and studio growth sectors.

Responsibilities
Architect and execute a founder-led content strategy designed to position the founder as a category authority in recovery, wellness, and studio growth
Proactively extract insights from the founder through structured interviews, prompts, and weekly filming sessions
Translate founder thinking into clear, opinionated, high-signal content that builds trust with high-ticket buyers
Develop recurring content pillars and series that compound audience growth over time
Produce conversion-supportive content, not vanity posts
Create and distribute: Short-form video (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn), Carousels and written posts designed for saves and shares
Maintain a high-output cadence while protecting quality and brand authority
Continuously test hooks, formats, and narratives that drive reach and relevance
Create content that sales reps can use in: Follow-ups, Objection handling, Late-stage deal acceleration
Build and manage a content library mapped to stages of the sales funnel
Repurpose founder content into: Sales decks, Email sequences, DM and outbound assets
Own distribution across priority platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Youtube)
Optimize posting cadence, timing, and formats for maximum reach and engagement
Identify and execute strategic collaborations, reposts, and visibility opportunities
Ensure the founder’s presence is consistent, intentional, and compounding
Qualification
Required
5+ years in content, brand, or growth marketing roles (preferably founder-led)
Proven experience scaling a founder or brand presence tied to revenue outcomes
Strong understanding of high-ticket sales psychology (trust, authority, objections)
Demonstrated ability to create content used by sales teams (not just social feeds)
Comfortable owning content end-to-end (strategy → production → distribution → optimization)
