The Retail Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the store team, enhance customer experiences, and drive financial results while upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Coaches Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and performance
Managing customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience
Stay informed on products, services, and leadership practices to guide the team effectively
Supporting store maintenance, visual merchandising, and retail procedures
Ensuring the team uses store systems and communications efficiently
Drive financial results by monitoring performance indicators, controlling expenses, and managing discounts

Required

Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Reliable transportation
