Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, performs routine and special exams consistent with established protocols to minimize repeat examinations
Exam productivity is within the established benchmark
Under direct supervision, consistently completes ALL exams and documentation in CHL and PACS
As directed, consistently and accurately identifies ALL charges associated with studies
As directed, addresses errors and resolves issues related to the study results being sent to PACS
Under direct supervision, consistently demonstrate a commitment to safe practices as outlined by departmental policies
Exemplary customer service and service recovery
Performs other duties as assigned

Healthcare-Ultrasound TrainingBLS (CPR) CertificationCustomer ServiceDocumentation SkillsProblem Solving

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
0-1 years in Healthcare-Ultrasound Training
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
