They are seeking a Professional Inside Sales/Marketing Associate who will proactively generate sales, manage schedules, and nurture customer relationships to drive business growth.

Construction

Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Scheduling appointments
Back-up CSR/Dispatcher
Assigning daily work/calls to other team members
Outbound calling customers to renew annual maintenance agreements or selling Indoor Air Quality products
Locating new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling, attending trade shows and building mailing lists, negotiating sales terms and providing product demonstrations
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Qualification

Sales experienceMarketing knowledgeCRM experienceHVAC industry experienceMicrosoft ExcelWritten communicationVerbal communicationDetail-orientedTeam playerOrganizational skillsTime managementPositive attitude

Required

Minimum two years admin, sales, and marketing experience
HVAC industry experience a plus
Service Titan or similar CRM experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive Attitude
Team player who can work independently
Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft programs and spreadsheet applications
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills to insure scheduled deadlines are met
Professional appearance and personality
Typing skills a plus
Attend weekly sales meeting and coaching sessions
