Sales Manager | SMB Software Sales Team
One Eighty Collective is a Tampa-based SaaS company revolutionizing how photography studios run their businesses. They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a newly formed sales team, manage pipelines, and refine the sales process in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
Help the team manage their pipeline using early-stage CRM and sales tools
Collaborate closely with the COO, CEO, and marketing team to refine the sales playbook
Help shape the early culture, process, and rhythm of the sales team
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years as a sales manager (running 1:1s, coaching to metrics, performance management)
High-velocity SMB sales environment, comfortable managing activity metrics and conversion benchmarks
Experience building, formalizing, or running an operating cadence (1:1 structure, KPI reviews, forecasting rhythm)
Strong Salesforce fluency, comfortable pulling reports/dashboards and using data to coach performance
Coaching mindset with the ability to be assertive, set expectations, and hold reps accountable without creating fear
Low ego, highly collaborative, and comfortable operating without a fully built playbook (scrappy environment experience a plus)
Experience in transactional or non-contract sales motions where follow-up, activation, and repeat usage matter
Strong communication and team energy, celebrates wins and keeps the group motivated while driving standards
Be based in Tampa, FL - you'll be onsite 2-3 days/week
Preferred
Exposure to creative SMBs (photographers, studios, etc.) or a connection to photography, visual content, or e-commerce
