Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain company websites using WordPress (themes, plugins, integrations)
Implement programming solutions with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
Apply modern frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, ReactJS, or VueJS when appropriate
Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for speed and performance
Manage version control and collaborative coding through Git/GitHub
Design and produce digital assets, layouts, and UI/UX elements using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Handle quick-turn design needs with Canva
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics and visual content for campaigns, landing pages, and digital channels
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings
Support marketing funnels through optimized landing pages, content layout, and user experience improvements
Track, analyze, and report website performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
Contribute to email marketing and CRM initiatives using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Manage multiple projects related to web design, development, and graphic design simultaneously
Use project management platforms as Monday.com or Netsuite to plan, track, and deliver projects on time
Collaborate across departments (marketing, sales, operations) to align digital initiatives with company goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development and design
Strong portfolio showcasing both technical builds and creative design work
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach
Graphic design and image editing experience are major assets
Strong user interface design skills (wireframe and mockups)
Performs related duties as required in support of Marketing team activities
Preferred
Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
