Responsibilities

Act as the key point of contact for our Marketing Headquarters in Germany, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and execution of marketing-related tasks across departments and regions
Align local activities with global strategies and and maintain a consistent brand presence
Communicate directly with customers, sharing your product expertise to build trust, answer questions, and support their decision-making
Be the link between sales, office, and manufacturing: manage and refine distributor spreadsheets to ensure smooth product uploads with accurate specs, pricing, and attributes
Keep a sharp eye on online distributor platforms: ensure product data is correct, pricing complies with MAPP/MRP policies, and spot new sales opportunities
Own and optimize our North American contact database: collect, structure, and clean data for targeted campaigns and successful product launches
Drive promotional campaigns: coordinate creation, distribute and handle customer responses with professionalism
Create tailored planograms, pricing sheets, and presentations that make customer meetings impactful and memorable
Communicate with customers via phone, Teams, and email – always with clarity and purpose
Support our Customer Service team when needed – because teamwork makes the dream work

Required

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to turn data into impactful insights
Comfortable and confident in telephone conversations with customers and end users
Active on social media, especially LinkedIn, and aware of its potential in B2B communication

Preferred

Ideally familiar with Adobe Creative Suite – creativity is always welcome!
Spanish language skills are a strong plus
