Responsibilities

Develop and execute IT strategies that directly support the business unit’s operational and strategic goals
Align technology initiatives with broader corporate governance, security standards, and enterprise architecture
Oversee application development, infrastructure, and IT support services for the business unit
Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cost-optimization efforts across IT operations
Ensure cybersecurity readiness, compliance, and risk management for all business-unit systems
Partner with corporate IT and cross-functional leaders to maintain interoperability, shared standards, and seamless integration
Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance
Provide regular reporting on IT performance, strategic initiatives, and business impact to both business unit leadership and corporate executives
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, operational excellence, and project execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years of IT leadership experience
5+ years leading decentralized or federated IT functions
Deep knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk-management frameworks
Demonstrated success managing IT budgets and delivering complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives
Requires up to 75% travel the first year

Preferred

Master's degree
Experience within a publicly traded company
