You will be Responsible for achieving business objectives in the designated sales territory while following the sales processes
You will be responsible for Achieving the Monthly Volume/POS Targets
You will be responsible for Achieving 16” & above in GY and 14” & above in Kelly
You will be responsible for Appointing New Dealers, New BRO’s and Increasing the Market Share
You will be responsible for Planning, executing and reporting on the sales activities in the assigned sales area
You will be responsible for Monitoring sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented
You will be responsible for Adhering to Beat Plan & PJP
You will be responsible for Feedback on Competitor activities/Pricing
You will be responsible for Achieving against AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion, etc.)
You will be responsible for Sharing of Accounts (SOA), SOM (Share of Market)
You will be responsible for Maintaining relationship with key Dealers (BRO/MBR)
You will be responsible for Supporting & coordinating with Dealers and Collect the Orders/Payments in the absence
You will be responsible for Cooperating with the other departments in the implementation of approved service solution
You will be responsible for Preparing & Submitting Timely Reports-Reporting
You will be responsible for Delivering periodical progress reports and proactively submits recommendations regarding the improvements in the approach to the marketplace
Qualification
Required
