Responsibilities

Deliver Engaging Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center located at one of our award-winning resorts
Build Meaningful Connections: Establish rapport, find commonality, and communicate the value of vacation ownership
Drive Results: Utilize expert closing techniques to convert prospects into owners and help them achieve their vacation dreams
Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals. (80%)
Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and performance goals. (20%)

Required

MUST have a valid Florida Real Estate License OR must complete the 63-hour course prior to the start date
Active Florida Real Estate License — or the ability to complete the 63-hour course before January 23rd
Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections in a short-cycle, luxury sales environment
High energy, resilience, and a tenacious drive to exceed goals
Strong interpersonal communication skills and an engaging, relationship-driven style
Ability to work confidently with smart devices and tablets

Preferred

3+ years of sales experience preferred (vacation sales, auto, insurance, wireless, door-to-door, or similar)
Sales & Marketing (1–3+ years preferred)
Real Estate / Real Estate Adjacent Roles
