They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of an underperforming territory in California and Nevada, focusing on building relationships and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
Own and grow an underperforming territory across California and Nevada
Prospect, open, and develop new retail accounts
Re-engage existing and dormant customers to increase productivity
Build and maintain a strong appointment cadence—consistent activity drives results
Drive sales through in-store execution: product presentations, assortment optimization, merchandising, and reorder strategies
Partner with retailers to improve sell-through and long-term performance
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Represent Ostbye at regional and national trade shows
Qualification
Required
3+ years of outside or territory sales experience (B2B preferred, jewelry, fashion, or accessories a plus)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong skills in prospecting, account development, and territory management
CRM experience and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel weekly within California and Nevada
