Required

5+ Years experience working within a project team contributing to coordination, development, and/or tracking of various project needs such as RFIs, submittals, document control, project reporting, inspections, and close-out activities

5+ Years experience reading and understanding construction plans and drawings, and the technical specifications associated with drawings

5+ Years of experience in the construction of Commercial building projects (internship experience may be acceptable on a case-by-case basis) with a general contractor/trade contractor/construction management/inspections firm

Bachelor's Degree - Construction Management, Engineering, or similar; or 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience

Preferred

Experience in commercial building projects within specific market sectors

Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam software

Strong organizational skills

OSHA certification

Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment
