Responsibilities

Superintendent - MEP is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project

The Superintendent - MEP directly supervises field labor force, including laborers/craft workers

This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills

Required

10+ years of Proven MEP construction experience

7+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural knowledge

7+ years of Electrical trade specific knowledge

5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades

5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits

5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs
