As a Senior Manager in Strategy Development, you will partner with the Director to implement cost savings and drive client engagement, while managing multiple projects and building relationships with clients' C-level leadership.

Responsibilities

Partner with Director on your group’s portfolio of accounts

Participate in client meetings via in-person and virtual

Execute client deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, including independently managing data collection and strategy preparation by ensuring all content is accurate and client ready

Drive client engagements to close out projects, with support from Director

Influence people and build strong relationships with clients and co-workers

Create and manage project management plans

Supervise and support current projects with all team members to keep projects on track

Manage risks to the project; anticipate potential delays and initiates plans for risk mitigation

Execute to project objectives; obtain client approval and implement maximum cost savings opportunities

Maintain appropriate level of communication with internal and external stakeholders

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner

Demonstrate working knowledge of core expense areas that PRP manages for clients

Complete additional duties as required

Required

Bachelor's degree

7-10 years of applicable project management/coordinator experience

Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize/manage workload

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain effective relationships

High EQ, strong conflict management skills
