Mid, Senior LevelSafe Air Technology is seeking an IT professional to manage and maintain the company’s internal technology and business systems. This role will focus on configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and Smartsheet while working directly with leadership to design solutions, implement software, and provide user training and support.

Responsibilities
Configure, support, and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics to support company workflows
Own Smartsheet structure, automation, dashboards, permissions, and integrations
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI platforms to automate tasks and improve business workflows
Maintain data accuracy, system reliability, and usability
Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Work with management and department leaders to understand operational needs
Translate business processes into effective software solutions
Assist with or lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed
Train employees on Microsoft Dynamics, Smartsheet, AI tools, and related systems
Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
Provide internal support for business systems and applications
Manage in-house IT setup and maintenance for computers, laptops, and peripherals
Support employee onboarding and offboarding from a technology standpoint
Install, configure, and maintain software, user access, and permissions
Help maintain consistent hardware, software, and security standards
Work with the company’s Managed Service Provider on troubleshooting and projects
Assist in managing relationships with software vendors and technology partners
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or strong aptitude and hands-on exposure
Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow and project management platforms
Experience using Microsoft 365 products
Interest or experience in applying AI tools to business workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Full-time, on-site position
Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and follow-through
Ability to work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with ERP or business systems in operational environments
Experience with Sage or accounting-related systems
Experience with system integrations, automation, or reporting tools
