Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout interview processes

Communicate role updates, feedback, and next steps clearly and professionally
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all active searches

Required
0-2 years of professional work experience in recruiting, operations, coordination, or a people-facing role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with multiple active priorities
