Source and evaluate education-focused acquisition opportunities, particularly in tutoring and learning center franchises
Lead financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence
Negotiate and execute transactions

Develop and execute growth strategies, including multi-unit expansion and operational optimization
Qualification
Required
Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development
Strong financial modeling and deal execution skills
