Represent the telecom brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, serving as the first point of contact for business clients
Build and maintain a strong, positive brand image across the Philadelphia business community
Promote, present, and sell telecom and digital connectivity services tailored to each business’s needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits (full training provided)
Educate potential clients on how telecom solutions can improve their communication, efficiency, and growth
Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitors to confidently discuss offerings
Develop trust and rapport with decision-makers, acting as a reliable representative of the brand
Deliver a high-quality customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals
Record all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity accurately and promptly
Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by sharing on-the-ground insights and client feedback
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor
Enthusiastic, confident, and able to build quick rapport with customers
Comfortable using tablets and digital devices for product demonstrations
Interest in technology, digital products, or telecommunications
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn in a dynamic team environment
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or brand representation is beneficial but not required
