Responsibilities

Assist account managers with preparation of materials for client meetings and renewals. Includes benefit summaries, annual renewal changes, enrollment procedures, and miscellaneous benefit changes/clarifications

Assist with the preparation of client compensation disclosures

Request census data from clients and gather general client information from identified carriers

Track receipt of ID cards, booklets, and contracts

Request contract changes and/or plan amendments as needed

Verify accuracy of client plan documents

Provide general administrative support for the account management team

Develop client/carrier contact sheets

Maintain accurate client and team information in agency management system

Maintain client documents in ImageRight and network drive

Ensure accurate and timely response to all outstanding issues

Respond to requests from all partners by stated timeframes

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners, clients, and carriers
