Responsibilities
Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation to support ASM’s business goals
Provide technical guidance during tool installs, repairs, operations, and calibration
Develop and refine process recipes, collaborating with hardware engineering to meet customer performance targets
Analyze complex data to define problems, develop solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations
Partner with customers to optimize tool performance and meet integration requirements
Create and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and customer audiences
Qualification
Required
Master's or Ph.D. in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
Strong customer-focused mindset and communication skills in Korean and English
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with appropriate safety equipment
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Preferred
2+ years of relevant experience for Master's degree holders
Deep understanding of semiconductor process flows, especially ALD, PEALD, EPI, CVD, PECVD
Knowledge of thin-film deposition technologies
Commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures
