Responsibilities
Lead and manage the quality team and all quality processes
Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation
Review customer specifications and manage inspection/test plans
Conduct internal audits and ensure ISO compliance
Track and report quality KPIs and cost of quality metrics
Address customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Oversee inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products
Manage NCRs, DMRs, and supplier quality issues
Support supplier audits and drive improvements with Supply Chain
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in global quality initiatives
Conduct quality training and onboarding for new employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
7+ years in quality, manufacturing, or training roles; 3+ years in leadership
Familiar with ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, and production environments
Able to read engineering drawings and use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage workload independently
Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
Preferred
Manufacturing Engineering experience is a plus
SAP experience preferred
