Holder Construction Company is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join our onsite project teams. The role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems construction and coordination, as well as managing MEP subcontractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems construction and coordination needs of our projects

This position will provide oversight to MEP subcontractors and vendors, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, major MEP equipment, lighting, fire alarm, security, building automation system controls, CCTV, power distribution, and communication devices involved in the project

Assist in coordinating schedules, establishing and monitoring a QC/QA program, maintaining and reviewing punch lists, making sound decisions, and seeking solutions to problems using all available resources from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out

Required

10+ yrs commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems

Effective in understanding workforce/staffing requirements

Experience managing the construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, stadiums, and other special-use facilities

Strong experience in managing relationships with owner representatives, architects, engineers, and clients on a professional level while supervising subcontractors and vendors
