Responsibilities
Organize project execution teams, review contracts, plans, and specifications, and tailor deliverables accordingly
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Host project kickoff meetings and align teams with deliverables and timelines
Review technical requirements and submittals; coordinate with vendors and internal teams for compliance
Manage procurement of Xylem products and third-party items while maintaining project profitability
Ensure compliance with project schedules; proactively manage risks and mitigate delays
Coordinate testing approvals, start-up, commissioning, and project close-out
Handle contracts and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
PMP certification required (or similar designation)
3–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in water or industrial environments (e.g., wastewater treatment, utilities, construction)
Proven ability to manage contracts and complex projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including creating presentations for clients
Strong people skills, effective verbal and written communication
Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to negotiate and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams
Willingness to provide superior customer support at all times
