Responsibilities

Lead projects and provide design expertise for HVAC solutions

Provide meticulously crafted engineered drawings for HVAC control systems and/or protective systems such as access control, camera systems, fire alarms, and intrusion detection

Review specifications and contract drawings for assigned projects

Provide accurate drawings for HVAC control systems and schematics using AutoCAD and/or Visio

Size control valves, dampers, air flow stations, and the like for HVAC systems

Write and understand the sequence of operations for HVAC control systems

Assemble submittals and O&Ms for projects

Required

Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or other STEM field with 1-3 years' experience in relevant field

3+ years' experience in relevant field

3+ years' experience using AutoCAD and/or Visio

Sound knowledge in electrical circuits, HVAC and controls required

Understanding of advanced hydronic and duct work systems required

Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required

Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
