Responsibilities

Collaborate with our Learning Experience Designers to design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences across a variety of modalities and delivery methods

Review and format course content to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines

Develop product knowledge expertise to support new product roll outs, revisions and releases

Strong communication skills to effectively communicate documentation and internal governance requirements, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices

Support the management of the learning content lifecycle — creation, updates, version control, catalog organization, and archival

Coordinate course publishing and content management in Docebo (LMS), Seismic (CMS) and Cornerstone Galaxy

Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing of learning experiences

Maintain accurate course data, release notes, and update documentation

Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate content performance, engagement, and learning impact

Support multi-channel communication efforts, including learning announcements, newsletters, and internal updates
